WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns must reach us no later than 10 days from the date that you received your order. Once this time has passed you will be unable to receive a refund on your items and they will be returned back to you.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in it's original packaging and should be in the same condition that you received it in. Should there be any sign that the item has been used (e.g. odour, any marks, tags removed) then your return will not be valid.
Please note- SALE ITEMS are non refundable.
The customer is responsible for returning the item back to our returns address, click on the button below to contact our team for the returns address.
Postage costs are to be paid by the customer and the tracking information for the parcel is to be obtained from the post office as proof of return.
HOW LONG DOES A PRE ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Pre-orders take up to 12-14 working days but may arrive before.
A pre order will show up on the caption of the items photograph.
